PROJECT REALIZATION

Many parties are involved in the realization of a AgrowTec horticulture project, including the investor himself. Everyone involved has its tasks, but the structure for the cooperation is determined by us. We don’t take any chances and keep control from start to finish.

Process

1. Project management

An efficient and cost-effective horticultural project requires a well-organized and professional project management. It starts at the very beginning, when the drawings and calculations are worked out. This forms the basis for further execution of the project and only ends when the customer is satisfied with the completed project.

2. Delivery

Because the preliminary process is always done in a perfect manner, all parts for the greenhouse and installations are always delivered on time. Thereafter, our logistics department ensures that the right parts arrive at the right time in the right order. This is very important, because we can therefore efficiently build and finish as  scheduled, so that the customer can start producing his crop on time. We both benefit.

3. Construction

For the construction of each individual horticultural project we create a team of experts with worldwide greenhouse building experience. For instance, these skilled greenhouse builders know from experience what the pitfalls can be when  building and construction in areas with deviant building conditions. These experts can even provide structural advice to local construction teams from a distance.

4. Final delivery

We strive to deliver no later than the agreed date, but preferably earlier, so that a client can start growing as scheduled.

For the commissioning of greenhouse installations, we have made agreements with the manufacturers, who send their specialists on demand to the horticulture project, anywhere in the world. But again, we stay in control.

Together with the client, we inspect the greenhouse complex and all additional installations. If everything has been approved, we will complete the final delivery. If there are still matters that require additional attention, we will immediately start working on this.

All our horticulture projects must be perfect.
